Driving Regulations

Minimum Age for Car Rental from National Car Rental	21 years of age. Rental rates may be higher for renters aged 21-24.
Driving Licence	To drive in Bulgaria you can use your national licence, preferably accompanied by an international permit. If you leave your passport with a hotel reception, you would be well advised to ask for a copy (or take the original) if you are renting a car.
